While we can't guarantee sightings of deer or bears, you'll be treated to sweeping views of Colorado's countryside pine forests stretching as far as the eye can see, with distant mountain peaks making their presence felt. Choose your spot on the deck to indulge in the views: the 5-person, 30-jet hot tub, the outdoor dining table, or just cozying up to the railing taking it all in. As if that weren't enough, when the sun sets, the stars emerge, offering spectacular stargazing opportunities right from the deck. ๐ŸŽฎ THE LOFT: Tent beds, video games & board games galore. Location was beautiful. Lots of trees, mountains, lake view of private property. A bit of a drive 20 min to groceries but I would recommend to get them on the way in. Secluded and private but not far away from other homes. Spotted lots of deer. We even used the sโ€™mores heater provided. Lots of room for the 4 of us. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very clean and organized. Host very responsive and accommodating. Being from Dallas we are definitely not used to possible bear encounters and we were warned that a bear was seen on our property. Luckily we didnโ€™t see any during our 3 night stay. But that was part of the thrill of being in Colorado.
